Two friends, an ex DSP and an ex army officer, have legally adopted our hero, Angad. One is a Sikh man while the other is a Hindu. Both are looking for a girl for Angad to marry according to their choice and preference. The day Angad joins college, he has two, not-so-pleasant encounters with two girls. Coincidentally, both of them happen to be best friends. Day by day, fights change into love and both the girls start falling for our hero. Angad too begins to develop a fondness for the girls and is in two minds about whom to pick. To solve his dilemma, he puts up a challenge before the girls—whoever manages to impress both his fathers will be the one that he marries. Now both the girls come from big cities and are ultra modern while Angad hails from a rural background and is more traditional. His best friend Mangi helps both the girls in adopting the village culture. To Angad's bad luck, one girl is liked by one father while the second one manages to impress the other father. Tasks are given to the girls by both the fathers to adjust to village life. And here on starts an entertaining journey full of comedy, family drama, emotions, friendship and romance.
